Your Member Number as your User ID
Your GENIE24 PIN as your Password
If you've already logged in, then you can log in with the User ID and Password you created the first time you logged in.
In response to the ever-present threat of fraud throughout the financial industry, we feel it is important to take even more steps toward maintaining the security of our members' personal information.
As an added measure of protection, we will soon be requiring that every member place a password on his/her Tyndall account. This password will be required in order to conduct business by phone through our Call Center.
We will continue to ask you account verification questions when you call, but the addition of the password verification will help ensure that only authorized people have access to your account. The password you choose may be up 10 characters long; letters and/or numbers.
To establish your account password:
*speak with a Financial Sales Representative at any one of our branch locations,
*log into Online Banking and send the password to us via a secure message, or
*fax your password, along with your signature, member number, and a photocopy of your ID, to us at 850-747-4215.
