What do I enter for my Username?  
Your User ID for Online Banking will be your Member Number the first time you log in. If you do not know your Member Number, please check your most recent statement. If you need further help, please contact us.

What do I enter for my Password?  
For your initial login, your Password is your GENIE24 PIN. This is the PIN you use for our automated telephone banking system, not your ATM/Check Card PIN. After you log in for the first time, you'll create a new Password to use for future log-ins. If you do not know your GENIE24 PIN, please call 850-747-4405 or 888-896-3255, ext. 8605, toll-free, to have it reset.

I'm not sure if I'm enrolled  
You do not need to enroll in Online Banking if you are already a Tyndall member. To log in for the first time, use the following: Your Member Number as your User ID, Your GENIE24 PIN as your Password. If you don't know your Member Number, check your most recent statement. Your GENIE24 PIN is the PIN you use for our automated telephone banking system, not your ATM/Check Card PIN;if you don't know your GENIE24 PIN, please call 850-747-4405 or 888-896-3255, ext. 8605, toll-free, to have it reset.

I forgot my Username  
If you don't remember the new User ID you created, we have a secure way for you to retrieve it.

No problem. You can reset your Password online or please contact us to have it reset.

No problem. We have a secure way for you to get both.
  • Enter the email address you use with Online Banking in the form below.
  • We will email your Username to you
  • Once you receive your Username you can reset your Password online. However, before you can reset your Password, you will be asked to provide the answers to your security questions. For assistance, you may also contact Tyndall e-banking at 850-873-3600 or 888-896-3255, Option 5 (toll-free).

Password guidelines  
  • must be between 8 and 32 characters
  • must be at least 2 letters
  • must be at least 1 number
  • must have at least 1 special character (a special character is anyone of the following: ! @ # $ % ^ & * _ + - = ( ) [ ] { } | : ; ` , . / ?)
  • cannot contain leading or trailing blanks
